Services

All services are performed by students under the supervision of a licensed professional. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your experience a re-do can be requested with-in 72-hours of your service and will be scheduled with the original student who completed the first service. This policy is to support the students hands-on learning experience, as it's the only way our students can effectively learn and grow to prepare for their career.

Redo Services

Redo’s must be requested and completed within one week of original service.

COVID-19

If you are having any symptoms or feeling ill please call to reschedule your reservation. For the safety and comfort of our guests; we have implemented plasma air and acrylic shields throughout the academy. If any of our staff or students have symptoms or are not feeling well they are being asked to stay home. Mask are recommended but not required.

Children and pets

We value your time and safety here, therefore we ask that all children must be accompanied by an adult and a chemical release form must be signed by their parent, if they are requesting a chemical service.

We allow all service animals, but please ask that your pets stay home.

Forms of Payment

We except all major credit cards, Apple/Google pay, and cash payments

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges for all products within 30 days accompanied with a receipt.
